1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to Boss99, an online betting platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Boss99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"), governing your use of the boss99.my website and all services provided on it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Boss99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the Boss99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not being listed on a self-exclusion register at any betting platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an officer, contractor, or immediate family member of Boss99 staff.

Boss99 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the Boss99 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Using your full name exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identity document (MyKad or Passport).
• Using a mobile number that is active and registered in your own name.
• Providing an active email address that only you can access.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Boss99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the Boss99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Bank Islam, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. No daily maximum deposit limit is set; however, Boss99 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount based on internal risk assessment.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Standard processing times are under 5 minutes for eWallets and 1–3 hours for FPX bank transfers.

Boss99 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond boss99's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Boss99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms that apply to all Boss99 bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a different wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount received.
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per account, IP address, phone number, and device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Playing with bonus funds before meeting the rollover requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being ineligible for withdrawal.
• Boss99 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through irregular methods or fraud.

Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The Boss99 platform offers betting services covering sports (including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, Formula 1), Live Casino, online slots, e-sports, and virtual sports. Game-specific rules for each category are available in the platform's help section.

General betting rules applicable across all categories:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated by Boss99.
• The minimum stake per market is RM 1 unless otherwise stated.
• If a sports match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account.
• Live Casino game results are final once a round is complete. No appeals will be entertained for technical failures on the user's end, such as internet disruptions or browser closures.
• Boss99 reserves the right to cancel or adjust any bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or data feed issues.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a fair gaming environment for all members, Boss99 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or bets.
• Collusion or coordination between members to manipulate game outcomes or engage in bonus abuse.
• Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you without the authorisation of the rightful owner.
• Any attempt at money laundering or financing illegal activities through the Boss99 platform.
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about Boss99 on social media or any other public platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location or identity while accessing the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of Boss99's systems.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings, and potential legal proceedings where applicable.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Boss99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.
• Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Boss99 support team. Before closure is processed, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to the payment method registered to the account.

9 Liability Limit & Disclaimer

The Boss99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and consistent service, Boss99 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime.

Boss99 shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or actions by regulatory authorities.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third-party payment providers that result in delayed or failed transactions.

Boss99's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Boss99 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The collection, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering a Boss99 account, you agree that we may:

• Collecting and processing your personal information for identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Sending marketing communications related to Boss99 promotions and offers — you may unsubscribe at any time.
• Sharing the necessary information with payment providers to process your transactions.

11 Responsible Gaming
